The Province of Ontario is seeking your feedback about how they should approach legalizing cannabis in Ontario.

There are important decisions to make about how cannabis will be used, sold and regulated in Ontario to protect young people, keep our roads safe and support public health.

Your feedback is being requested in five key areas:
1. setting a minimum age for having, using and buying cannabis
2. deciding where people can use cannabis
3. keeping our roads safe
4. regulating cannabis sales
5. planning public education

How to participate
There are two ways to provide your feedback:
1. Complete the online survey by July 31, 2017. You can complete the entire survey or just the sections you’re interested in
2. Read the consultation paper and send your feedback by:
